i didnt directly agree i waited for rusty to join the game to find out why.

as far as im aware he didnt know so i have let him off, under caution. its fair enought that people dont know but if you do things against the rules knowingly then you can be punished.

so sorry rusti will allow pwople to make mistakes but from now on anyone has a problem let me know when im next on.

We are able to bend the rules slightly for mistakes, I agree with yaaw and thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Always refer to the rules. I am pleased that yaaw has taken time to post about this but the severity of this is a little limited.

As Dragon has said, people make mistakes, I personally think that the Hierachy of DI should come to a decision.

Also, long time and dedicated players should be let off with a warning, 10 minute ban should do the trick so that everyone can calm down. Admins should not abuse so thanks shep for informing us that there is potential for Admins to get carried away sometimes. Equally you are a super Admin shep so your opinion is very strong, along with the rest of the members.

i only want to say two things to defend myself in the case. One that no one had told me that in the rules you couldn't bring nukes to the sever but again in the add on g bombs there is a bomb in there called gasoline i can spawn this i was showing yaaweehoo and he banned me again for no reason. I dont see why i was getting banned because i didn't set that off i was shooting at them i had the in the corner of the map with my and a wall around them. please just look at the i didnt set them off yaaweehoo can say anything he wants about me but i didn't Deserve to get banned

Tell rusty everything he cant do. If he does something for the first time that he was never told was not allowed, let him off with a warning. Rusty, if you continue to do things when you know they are not allowed you would deserve a 10 minute ban. Just try to give him a chance. And yaawee dont pick on him.

I agree, although, he said he didn't know it was a rule so...I say give the guy a chance
